What's the refund policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 business days prior to the conference for a full refund less fees. If cancellation is received less than 30 business days prior to the training, no refund will be given and the full charge will be incurred. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

I am a CRA Member, how do I get my general admission discount?

If you are a member, your discount code for a general admission ticket was sent to you when you confirmed your membership. To get your $100 discount, purchase a conference admission ticket (add the tour if you wish) and add the code into the discount code box prior to checkout.

What is included in my registration purchase?

With your registration, you receive access to two days of conference presentations, panels, and plenary speakers, Wednesday night reception dinner, continental breakfast for Thursday and Friday morning, and lunches for Thursday and Friday.
